(ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SERBILIS CENTER-PHASE 2, Project
Description: Construction of Serbilis Second Floor Extension, Fabrication of Serbilis Transaction Counter,
Partitions, Writing Ledge, Bulletin Board- Look & Entrance Portal, Construction of Serbilis Sidewalk,
Concrete PWD RAMPS, Catch Basin & Drainage. Canlaon City Hall Grounds, Lopez Jaena Street, Brgy.
Mabigo, Canlaon City, N.I.R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
